2008 - New Bicycles, minor touch-up painting,  normal other repair/maintenance, and deep cleaning before the summer begins . . .

2007 - New HVAC (air conditioner), Water-Heater, Windows XP Computer, Bicycles repaired.  Minor touch-up painting and normal other repair, maintenance, and deep cleaning before the summer begins . . .

2006 - New patio table and chairs.  New faucets (kitchen and master bath) , dimmer controls for bedroom and hall lighting, new bed spreads, new sheets, and new pillows.   New Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, oceanside balcony light (minor but finally replaced).    Minor re-painting, touch-up. 

2005 - Repaint (same shell white), new refrigerator (bigger 26 cu ft.), new smooth-top stove, new front door and new interior doors,  new bicycles, and normal deep cleaning.  Regarding the building - The 1st floor restaurant lease was renewed (instead of replacing with a gym/fitness room).  The rear sun deck including pool area and bayside walkways were resurfaced over the fall-winter-spring.  New and more umbrellas, tables, and chairs added.  The Game Room was also refurbished . . .

2004 - Combo DVD/VHS player, queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end tables, curtains, electronic dart board, light bars for bathrooms, ocean side balcony re-surfaced by association.

2003 - 60-CD changer AM/FM stereo, (2) bicycles, (1) set men's golf clubs, new flatware, new drinking glasses, new dishes, new pots and pans, repainted, guest AOL internet access.

2002 - Entertainment center (cabinet), television, VCR, Direct TV, ceramic-towel bars, ceramic soap and toothbrush holders, new screen doors, and window screens.
