Please return the condo to the condition which you received it.  We are continually engaged in keeping the condo up to a "clean" standard so that everyone can enjoy.  We do have a cleaning service that we pay and schedule to come in after each guest, but find that during the summer season it gets a reasonably high but expected share of traffic, wear, and tear.  Compounding the problem is the short time between guests allows approximately a five hour window for the cleaning service to get in and out.  While this sounds like plenty of time, consider that these same cleaning people must clean many units in the same window of time.  The result is that we find they do a better job off season than in season.  Please help us keep the unit clean . . .  Please also understand that if you arrive early you may encourage or discourage the cleaning service from doing their job.  If you should arrive before they have done so, please encourage them to do a good job!  If it appears they are late or haven't been there at all please call us as soon as possible 443-253-6134 so we can remedy the situation. . . The carpets are cleaned approximately four times per year -- Once immediately before the summer in late May, once during the summer ~June/July, once after the summer ~Sept./Oct., and once during the winter ~Jan/Feb.;  Detailing and deep cleaning including moving all the furniture wiping all the surfaces, and pulling out the stove and refrigerator is performed immediately before the summer season begins, then again after the summer season ends and then again during the winter.  We try to do our best, and are looking for ways to improve, please help us to do so . . .
